Brokers and collaborators relied on fragmented channels (chat, spreadsheets, loose exposés). Document status, viewing schedules and lead assignment lacked transparency — slowing response times and conversions.

End-to-end web app with public marketplace and staff CRM: verified listings, EcoPark map, AI search, favorites, CRM pipeline, landlord portal and PWA (CRM Lite). Branding and design system included.
